Consultant in Neonatalogy, Perinatal Medicine Northwest General Hospital and Research center
Professor of Paediatric & Neonatology North West School of Medicine.

Extensive experience in Premature and sick babies.
Expert in diagnosis and treatment In-born error of metabolic diseases.
Dr. Bilal hold extensive experience in general pediatric and paediatric chest diseases.
Innovation locally made intensive phototherapy unit BILLY 360

Worked in Ireland For 15 years as Consultant and Registrar esp. in Neonatalogy- Perinatal medicine and Paediatric Medicine at Waterford Regional Neonatal Center for South Eastern Health area of Ireland. He have worked also as Consultant Paediatrician at Wexford General Hospital complex.
Established Northwest Neonatal Simulation Center (NNSC) which conducts NRP, STABLE and other teaching workshops.
Dr. Bilal has also helped develop the Neonatal Emergency Transportation System ( Zango) at Northwest General Hospital.
He also started Total Body Cooling for the first time in KPK to reduce disability in new born who have suffered birth asphyxia at time of birth. This treatment is only effective if started in first 6 hours.

Dr. Bilal Sethi holds a membership of the European Respiratory Society (ERS).

Dr. Bilal did his basic medical education from KMC in 1992 and then continued to pursue his M.R.C.P. (Pediatrics) from Royal College of Physicians in London UK in 1999. He has also completed a Diploma in Child Health from the Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland in 1999. Dr Bilal Sethi completed most of his Neonatal-Perinatal medicine training at St. Munchin University Hospital, Limerick and part at University College Hospital, Galway, Ireland.
